CRAZYCHILL – COMPLETE TERMS, POLICIES & CONDITIONS operated by Brando Digitech Private Limited. By accessing, browsing, or using this platform, you agree to comply with all Terms, Policies, and Conditions mentioned below.
1. USER TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Eligibility
Users must provide accurate and complete information and use the platform in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
1.2 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their account.
1.3 Orders & Pricing
- All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation
- Prices may change without prior notice
- The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days (may vary by location)
• Shipping/delivery charges may apply and will be shown at checkout
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
• Delivery delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or other external factors
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
The Company may cancel orders in cases of:
- Stock unavailability
- Technical/system errors
- Fraud or misuse
4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
4.1 Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
4.2 Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Return requests are subject to verification and approval
4.3 Damage / Missing Product Claims
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claims
- Claims without proper proof may be rejected
4.4 Return Approval
Return requests are reviewed by the Company. Approval is based on product condition and compliance with policy.
4.5 Return Shipping
Return shipping may be borne by the customer. In case of verified defect or company error, pickup may be arranged by the Company.
4.6 Refund Process
Refund is initiated after product inspection. Amount is credited within 5–7 working days.
4.7 Partial or Rejected Refund
Refund may be reduced or rejected if product is found used, damaged, or not meeting return conditions.
4.8 Product Disclaimer
Product color, size, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen display or manufacturing differences.
5. DIGITAL PARTNER PROGRAM (NON-MLM MODEL)
5.1 Program Nature
This is a product-based referral program and:
- Not MLM
- Not employment
- Not an investment or income scheme
5.2 Eligibility & First Purchase Requirement
To become a Digital Partner:
- A user must complete a minimum purchase of ₹1000
First Order Rules:
- Treated as personal use purchase
- Only standard customer discount will be applicable
- No commission will be paid on this first order

5.3 Return Option for First Purchase
- First purchase is eligible for return within 3 days
- Subject to standard return policy conditions
5.5 Commission Rules
Commission is applicable only on:
- Successful orders
- Delivered orders
- Non-returned orders
Commission excludes:
- Shipping charges
- Taxes
5.6 Wallet & Payout System
- Earnings are credited to the partner wallet
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Payout processing time: 24–48 hours (subject to verification)
- Payments are made only to verified bank accounts
5.7 KYC & Tax Compliance
- KYC verification may be required before withdrawals
- Applicable taxes (including TDS) may be deducted as per law
5.8 Fraud Control & Monitoring
The Company may hold, adjust, or reverse commissions in cases of:
- Returns or cancellations
- Fake or self-generated orders
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
5.9 Link Validity & Inactivity
- Partner link is valid for 12 months (1 year)
Inactivity Rule:
If no valid purchase occurs through the link for 12 consecutive months, the link will be automatically marked inactive.
Reactivation may require:
- New qualifying purchase
- Or updated eligibility criteria
5.10 No Guaranteed Income
The Company does not guarantee any fixed or minimum income. Earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance.
5.11 Partner Misconduct
The following may result in suspension or termination:
- Misleading promotions
- False earning claims
- Brand misuse
- Policy violations
6. PRIVACY POLICY
• User data is collected only for order processing, service improvement, and operational purposes
• Data is shared only with trusted service providers (payment gateways, logistics partners)
• The Company does not sell or misuse personal data
• Secure payment gateways are used for all transactions
7. USER CONDUCT
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraud or misuse
- Abuse platform features or offers
Violation may lead to account restriction or suspension.
8. LEGAL PROTECTION & RIGHTS
